and everyone loves the Ladies of Westchester!!!

Our loud and lewd drunken selves obnoxified the event! Think Jewish accent. Think recently divorced. Think New Jersey.
My coworker Amy makes great things out of Construction Debris, old sheets found in Skua, and Styrofoam for platforms with a cute dog to boot:

and she also created a wild interactive, sensory-activating installation:

Zoe’s white wedding gown made from tyvek debris was awesome.

this is what happens when people send styro peanuts to Antarctica:
(screw ewe)

and there were many more wonderful wonderful things at the MAAG. I love the creativity this place exudes. Antarctica’s communities are a sociology experiment all in itself. Maybe because we all know we’re here for a limited time only so let’s do as much as possible and make every minute count. Maybe it’s the close quarters. But even friendships, relationships, interactions….It all goes down with such intensity and mutual shared experience.
I love it all.
Would I sell out again?
Find out next year, for another episode of Sandwichgirl….. not a lunchlady.
Thank you MAAG. It was fun. I hate model paint. Next year, I’m including acrylics in my 75 lb weight allowance.
